Historical Process in Anatolia, centers representing this period in Anatolia; Konya Plain, Konya Karahöyük, excavations carried out in Karahöyük, Karahöyük Architecture and Assyrian Trade Colonies Period Chronology of Karahöyük are explained. In the 2nd section, technical features of Karahöyük pottery; in the 3rd section, formal features of pottery are examined. Technical features of pottery, preparation of pottery dough characterizing this period, additives, firing, surface treatments and decorations are examined and defined under subheadings. In the heading where formal features of pottery are discussed, vessels are grouped according to their forms and defined within this grouping. The pottery defined is also compared with contemporary centers in this section. In addition, in the 3rd section, pottery is evaluated in general according to forms and layers. The 4th chapter constitutes the Conclusion section and the results obtained as a result of the studies are presented.
